Each syringe package comes complete with:
  • 10 - 10ml, BD brand (Becton & Dickenson Co.) empty syringes.
  • 10 - 18 gauge, 1.5" inch long luer lock needles with caps.
What is Luer Lock Syringe?
The term Luer is used to describe the standard system for creating a leak free connection between the needle and the actual syringe.  Basically you insert the threaded end of the needle onto the male tip of the syringe and twist it in place so it locks into a secure postion.  From there you can start the process of filling the syringe with a culture or multispore solution and inoculating a substrate, liquid culture, or agar medium.
 
Discreet Shipping
Everything is shipped in sterile packaging that originally came from the manufacturer so it is not opened or re-packaged, simply sent direct to the customer in the original packaging but placed inside our discreet brown shipping box with only the address information (and customs documents if necessary) displayed.
