Description
The Mushbox MushBucket was designed to replace the larger and more expensive Humiditube as it can produce the same amount of pressurized humidity in a more compact and light weight unit.  The vapour output is equal to the previous systems and can easily produce enough humidity to maintain sufficient levels in at least two full Myco-Zone Eco Systems (the Myco-Zone comes with a MushBucket optionally).
 
High Powered Humidity Output
You can easily keep the humidity levels high for multiple mushroom growing chambers.  Using a splitter on the main output and rigging up your own connection tubes you can power a large number of smaller tubs / bins or at least 3 martha closet setups.
 
How does it work?
There is no big secret here it is a simple device that most of you can do yourself if you have the right parts, knowledge, and tools but why bother when you can get a fully assembled and working unit, guaranteed from Mushbox. 
 
The MushBucket uses ultrasonic fogger technology that is common in the reptile aquariums, we have added some other features to the system to make it run with more automation and lower water levels and it has proven to be a reliable method for keeping high levels of humidity.  The air pump creates positive pressure keeping the humidity vapour flowing through the 2 outlets.   There is also a water level indicator on the side that lets you know when its time to fill up the unit and keep the humidity levels maintained at all times.
 
Tips for using the MushBucket humidity system
  • Always use WARM water inside the MushBucket. The fogging device will not function in colder water.  If it is below 65F it may be necessary to install a water heater on the inside of the unit to keep the water warm.

  • Make sure the output hoses are always pointed UPWARDS so any condensed water that has formed will flow back inside the main unit.  If the hoses are pointed down the excess water will drain out and onto your growing area and that is not good for your mushrooms inside the chamber.

  • Be sure the water level inside the MushBucket is never higher than the hoses and grommets.  And also always make sure you have enough water to maintain necessary humidity levels in your mushroom growing environment.
