There is a variety of methods for creating an order with Mushbox. Please note our head office is located in Canada so all payments must be processed at that location. Our credit card billing system does accept US and CA funds and each location will be billed in there own currency. Please read below for more details.
 
 
Secure Online Processing - PCI Certified

Ordering with credit card - Fastest method.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express in CAD and USD funds. Your order will be processed in the currency of your billing address. You can process an order automatically online with your credit card or you can create an order and choose telephone to submit your final payment.
 
What will show on my card statement?
All credit card transactions will show as billed from "Innersight Trading" on your statement. This is the main parent company and is used to provide some discretion to our customers, no mention of mushroom kits or Mushbox will show on your statement.

*Special Note for customers using Gift Cards.
The back of the card has a website where you can check the balance left on it, and on that website there is a place where you can register the card with your actual address in case of it becoming lost or stolen. Once you have registered the address on your card you can use it on websites like ours that require more information to be processed. After doing this your Gift Card should be approved on our website.

*Different billing and shipping address?
If you need to place an order and you have a different address for your billing and shipping locations we will require an extra process of confirmation before we can ship your order. Due to recent fraud attempts we will require a phone call confirmation with owner of the credit card matching the phone number on the order. After we have confirmed the order is being made by the card owner it will be shipped to the different address. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
 
Ordering with Credit Card Via Telephone.
If you are not familiar with the internet and want to place an order over the phone we cannot accept your credit card details via this method.  Accepting credit card details over the phone is not secure and any website doing that is most likely not following the policy of there processor.  We require all credit card payments go through the secure online systems.

Ordering via snail mail: money order, cash, or bank draft.
Another accepted payment method is using the mail and sending in a money order, bank draft, cash, or even your credit card details to process manually. We can also accept credit card information via Fax. If you choose to send in your payment using the mail it is very important to take certain precautions to ensure your payment arrives safely. *Please understand that the customer is 100% responsible for all mail payments until they have been delivered to us. If you do not take the necessary precautions we cannot be held liable if it does not reach us.
 
How to place a mail order: Add the items you want to the cart and click checkout. Then after adding all your billing and shipping information choose MAIL as the payment method. Next it will confirm the order and you can submit it for completion. Now you can print off the order details ( all we need is the order number ) and mail them in with your full payment. *If your sending a money order make sure it is INTERNATIONAL and can be cashed in Canada. Otherwise it will be returned and your order will not be completed. The address will be provided at the time of submitting the order. As soon as your payment is received we will update the order as paid and it will ship within days, you will get an email with those details as well. Please use the Support Form for any questions.

Suggested Mail Order Precautions:

  • Always send your payment with a tracking number.
  • Make sure your package is insured for the value of its contents.
  • Verify it is only payable to Innersight Trading.
  • Make sure the contents are not easily identified as cash money.
You can also send personal checks but due to previous incidents we will require a 30 day hold on any personal or company checks. Cashies checks are accepted without hold.

We take your privacy very serious and have always kept our customers data safe. Mushbox.com's online store does require the customer to enter their name, address, telephone number and email address in order to purchase products online. This information will not be sold, rented or otherwise dispensed to any other individual, organization or company.

Mushbox.com might possibly record the email address of anyone who provides it or is requesting a catalog, brochure, or pro forma invoice via email, to facilitate future communications. Mushbox.com does not make this address available to any other individuals, organizations or companies at any time.

Mushbox.com Refund and Return Details

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of ordering.

In the circumstance were you need to return an item please setup arrangements with the support team by using the contact form. Once the item as been returned we can offer you store credit on a future order or negotiate a refund. If you decide to request a refund please be aware that we cannot refund any shipping fees that have been used to send your original order. There is also a transaction fee associated with processing a refund and we need to deduct 3.75% from the total amount to cover all fees associated with accepting your original transaction and then processing the refund.

If you accept replacements instead of a refund please be aware that you will be required to pay a new shipping fee to send the replacement items.

Any orders that have had replacements sent or a refund processed are no longer valid for future replacements or refunds associated with that original order. If we sent you replacements any options for a refund are voided. Please contact the Mushbox Support Team for any inquiries about a refund or replacements before returning your order.
