Whatman Filters Out of Stock!
We apologize for the hassle but the very important component of the LC jars is still out of stock. The Whatman filter component that allows the vaccum seal to remain intact while using a syringe has been un-available from the only supplier for several months. We expect this part to be back in stock in less than 1 month however there is no exact date. Until we have this part back in stock we are not accepting orders, your patience is appreciated.
For those of you who already know how to make your own Liquid Culture but do not have access to the valuable and important Whatman Filiters we have the solution.  Introducing the Mushbox LC Lid with sterile, self-healing inoculation port and Whatman Filter already attached.
Now you can make your own liquid culture solution using your own jars and sterilization methods while keeping the high level of quality you would expect from a Mushbox product.  Simply attach the lid to the jar included, add your LC mixture and pressure cook as required.  Now your ready to inject the culture or spore solution of your choice and begin growing mycelium.
Exactly what I needed
I enjoy making my own liquid culture and really only needed the lids with the pre-installed filter and injection point. They are easy to ship and can't get smashed and they work excellent, I just made my first order and am patiently awaiting its arrival. Thanks for making this available Mushbox!
