4) resale Mushbox.co mushroom kits or components therein without our written consent;
5) the resale of Mushbox.co cultures in vitro, in spore or spawn form is strictly prohibited;
6) you may only use Mushbox.co mushroom kits for personal research uses.

Mushbox.co offers magic mushroom spawn kits for microscopic research, identification, and education purposes only. I take full legal responsibility for my actions in relation to the purchase and use of these mushroom kits. Further to this, any legal actions, suits or matters are the sole responsibility of myself, the purchaser, and not of Mushbox.co, any associates of Mushbox.co or those of it’s parent company. I understand that the cultivation and use of Psilocybe mushrooms may be dangerous and illegal.
